Hi, my name is Bill Collier and I am looking for people of faith whom God would lead to become a backer of my work but also in supporting my wife in her sickness.
My situation is that I am caring for my beloved wife of 33 plus years who is only 59 but is in later stages of Alzheimer's at such a young age. I am aspiring toward a dream of launching the ideas and structures of a new civilization. Finally, I am the partial to full owner of a number of entities mostly related to news, political services, and various digital and web services.
The Current Crisis MAY Be Telling Me To Make A shift
Just as I am talking here about a civilization shift, I am also wanting, with God's favor and provision, and perhaps your help, to make a shift myself more oriented toward the first two things I talked about, my wife and my dreams, and less toward the business aspect of things as a primary means of income.
The problem with my business work and my wife is that there are times of conflict between schedules/deadlines in business/work and Dora's needs, which are not predictable and must be attended pretty much when they happen. By pushing more toward content and mentoring people, who won't mind seeing my wife in the background on a video so I can keep an eye on her, I would be able to care more for her and do the creative/content work on a more flexible basis. It is very hard to fun a business that can be highly complex and stressful and focus on Dora as much as I would like to. She does get good care, I do have people who check in on her as well as check on how I'm doing,
In addition to this, finances are bad, there are administrative and logistical issues caused by years of neglect as I struggled with my situation and even my failing health at one point (I'm much better now), and there is another crisis caused, in my estimation, by treacherous people.
The Brook Is Drying Up and This Could Be A Sign
I look at all these seeing attacks on my business and I'm thinking this feels like a drying up of the brook Cherith, a possible sign to move on and make a big shift. Aside from Dora and pursuing my dream, which I believe is a godly dream ordained in Heaven, I cannot see where and how or when to shift, I can do have other things I feel need to be done or that I either want to do or believe I should do.
I know the Lord would want me to care for Dora and do all I can to arrange my life to be better suited to her needs AND mine, so I'm not running ragged in a state of constant stress while I care for her. But even if I was not caring for Dora, the desire to pursue my core dream in a way that sustains me and the need to broadcast this vision to the world is still a major concern for me. The fact it appears the brook Kedron has dried up and something new is needed also makes me feel the time for a major shift is upon us.
When Absalom came for his kingdom, King David turned to God without grasping at the throne with desperate violence. Instead he threw himself to God's mercy, even as Hezekiah did when the Assyrians attacked, being willing to lose his very kingdom if need be but seeking at that moment fellowship with God. David wasn't defined by his position, and I am not defined by my business or any alleged exploits in my field of work, I am defined by Jesus Christ, my relationship with Him, and not by anything or anyone else, particularly those who have decided they loath and count me their enemy.
All the outward signs point to something like this, an Absalom, not related to me and not a single person, has come for my "kingdom", aiming to destroy me and my "kingdom" for reasons that are based on lies and betrayal, people basically excusing their own failure by blaming my work itself in a way that has no connection to reality. In short, revenue is down and there are people known to me trying to ensure that it stays that way forever, they have deep pockets and a bitter spirit, all aimed at me.
These things happen from time to time, often I choose not make them visible. They have always sorted themselves out in time, and this will as well, because truth is my defense and God is my provider and protector. But sometimes when these thigs happen and everything else appears to be dried up and barren, giving me no sustenance, it can be a sign that, like Elijah at the Brook Cherith, which dried up due to a drought. When Cherith dries up, God shows Elijah where his next provision will come from.
If The Brook Is Dry, Where Is God's Provision, What's Next?
Unlike Elijah, God hasn't directly spoken to me and told me where to go or what to do for my next provision, I am taking the knocking approach, putting things out there to see what God will favor and therefore prosper, if perhaps the "brook" will suddenly start to flow again, but regardless of that, my source is Jesus Christ, not any "brook."
What I need is serious support so I can shift myself, and even resources and people who are with me, toward my dream, which I see as Good's vision entrusted to me to care for, promote/broadcast, and steward over, but so I can do so in a manner that prioritizes Dora's care and allows me to pursue safe but new and experimental treatment regimens to at least give her a good quality of life.
At present I would like this project to be a third of my time and energy, and I would like to shift some people's work to support this project, which also needs funding, as well as doing things to promote this in a more organic and natural manner than just buying ads. Every little bit will help, my goal for this would be to obtain at least $8500/month on financial backing, of which around a third of that will be used mostly for Dora, including some extra cleaning and giving me a break here and there. I do have a vision/blueprint to use when the financial backings gets to $500k/month. I may also need to raise around $15k for the Asia mission and at least $15k more to cover costs and needs to help kids in need.
What are my goals/intentions with this support?
First. my plan is to shift to do more content for this project, including a podcast, allowing me a more flexible schedule so every day my main focus can be on Dora, at least when she is awake and/0r needs care. So, you will be helping me to care better for Dora and produce more content for this project, which will edify and empower those who interact with it, which is the aim (to edify and empower Christians, to reach the lost in a more whole-needs and relational approach, and advocate for and support persecuted Saints).
Second, as support comes, I intend to create up to 10 Round Table Groups of up to 20 participants each which will have monthly Zoom sessions, email discussion lists and/or forums for networking and immersive learning experiences, weekly podcasts including a free portion and a portion for backers, and possibly even video content, albeit more directed toward broadcasting the vision. I would also like to find local people who are willing to use the Blueprints for creating a mutual support and collaboration group using using these ideas within this vision.
But overall my focus is on content, creating a basic learning and networking site using WordPress, creating a local group to use these ideas and refine any Blueprints or Manuals others can use around the world, finishing and publishing The Blue Book of Upadaria, and, as an aside, traveling to Asia on a tour of underground orphanages that mostly include the victims of war, genocide, and persecution, and most, but not all, are Christians.
This last thing is important as not only do I desire to promote the work of helping over 600 (and growing) orphans, many being victims of child sex trafficking, but I want to see as much of this as possible, document it discretely for security reasons, and use my resources to secure donors for that work. We also want to create a version of our Revolution Within, adapted to children and aimed at teaching them strong life and cooping skills, and eventually, when we have an international organization to engage in diplomatic and legal advocacy, our hope is to be able to protect these children from abuse, including abuse that violates international and human rights law.
Of course,, as backers come forward and support grows, I will provide more detailed goals and outcomes, e.g. like "in xx days the new networking forum will be launched", but as I do not know if or how much support will come my way it is difficult to predict exactly what will happen and when.

Basically it involves a combination of empowering people (through content, online sessions, forums, and mutual support) using Biblical precepts and virtual and local collaboration so they can activate their spiritual sovereignty and pursue their scroll of destiny, restoring marriage and family to a place of honor and respect through the intentional creation of local support networks, and also launching a spiritual nation using the web and local groups to "make manifest and concrete" a self-sustaining and globally-distributed Kingdom Nation that will advocate for Christian refugees and reach the nations for the Lord.

The number 45 here is important because in my encounters and impressions of how God is leading me, I saw this number hundreds of times always associated with how I saw people gathering around, supporting, and building the first structures and spaces.
